We are thankful for the synergistic partnerships and the philanthropic efforts of our stakeholders which has helped us touch many lives.
I studied in Viveka Tribal Center for Learning (VTCL) from 3rd std to 10th std where I underwent IBT training in Electronics & Mechanics . After 10th std I got an opportunity to study in Nettur Technical Training Foundation (NTTF) in Bengaluru. I qualified the preliminary tests and joined the course. I aspire to uplift my family from poverty by building a better career. I am grateful for the support & contribution of my school & SVYM for helping me achieve my dream.

I had only heard about people who give everything to a cause they believe in & so they achieve greatness. Here, it is interesting to see so many people at very small levels doing it and their work probably might not be recognized but still they are serving so selflessly. This made me look within myself to what I am doing.

I have learned a vast number of things. The concept of human and social capital is now very important for me and I firmly believe that building people’s capabilities and providing opportunities is a crucial way to help those in need. The potential of SHGs is enormous. A small group can have a large impact on a person’s life and not just on the financial aspect but also on an emotional level. I wanted to learn more about Microfinance and when I saw it as an option I felt I could take more advantage of the program.
