Position Summary
– Plan, direct and coordinate the SVYM’s HR Department’s activities – Recruitment, retention and engagement
– Statutory compliance/ HR Admin
– Understand human resource projections based on sectoral plans and drive recruitment strategies, facilitate organisation’s policies
Skills
HR Directors should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. They should also have strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Experience
This is a leadership role and requires relevant experience in the Development/NGO Sector
