70% of the total SAIs are in rural parts of the country and less than 2% of persons with disabilities have access to basic rehabilitation services.
Our first Rural Social Business Model had the twin objectives of addressing sustainable employment for tribal women and to addressing malnutrition in the local Community. The model is successfully implemented in five other locations and passes as scalable

Develop Human and Social Capital of Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) in Kodagu District to lead a socio-economically productive life and develop an enabled eco-system as a welcoming environment
Objectives:
- Promote optimal health & well-being of PwDs and their families by providing comprehensive medical Re/habilitation
- Enhance social and economic independence of PwDs
- Empower PwDs to replicate a Barrier-free environment & inclusive Models, created by SVYM, at sub district levels
